The Scandia Collection is one of the highlights in Norwegian and Scandinavian design heritage, made in Fjordfiesta's own factory in Norway.
The Scandia Junior ECO is certified by the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
This simply means that, as the rest of the Scandia Collection, all materials are chosen with great consideration. By using a stainless steel base and wood from certified forestry, we can ensure that the Scandia Collection is the best environmental choice. However, what gives the ECO version its Nordic Swan certification, is that the production process goes one step further - with the wood veneer lacquer being water-based.
As the other wood veneer products in the collection, the Scandia Junior ECO is a stackable dining chair, created using horizontal ribs, a two-dimensional form was hung and made three-dimensionally. This was an ingenious construction, which is also a unique and timeless design.
